Welcome back, Your Camp!

Registration checks today's date against the deadline automatically — a family sees and is charged the early-bird price only up through that date, then the regular tuition, with no staff action needed.

Give each track a name, a price, and the grades that belong to it — they never see "track" or any of your setup labels. For example Juniors ($1,000, 5th–7th grade) and Seniors ($1,300, 8th–9th grade).

Group the weeks however your camp is organized — e.g. "1st Half" (4 weeks) and "2nd Half" (4 weeks) — a parent opens a group to see and pick its weeks, and can open more than one group.

"Siblings" are all campers linked to the same family account, counted camp-wide across every session they're enrolled in. Whichever sibling has the single highest tuition in the family always pays full price; every other sibling gets the discount for the tier matching how many of the family's kids are enrolled in total — e.g. a row of "2 kids → 10%" and another of "3 kids → 12%" means a family with 3 enrolled kids discounts every sibling but the priciest one at 12%. The highest matching row applies (a 4th kid still uses the "3 kids" row if that's the highest one you've set).
