Auto-tag with face recognition, send to parents
Built from consented reference photos parents uploaded in the Link app (up to 3 angles per camper, plus confirmed matches). Syncs automatically — it checks the cloud before every upload and only rebuilds when enrollment actually changed (new camper, new photos, revoked consent). The button below just forces a re-sync.
With hundreds of photos, nobody can review every borderline match by hand. Set the dials: suggestions at or above the accept line are tagged automatically; below the reject line they're dropped; only the middle sliver waits for a human. When self-tuning is on, every review decision you do make teaches the system where these lines should sit for your campers.
Which campers are getting missed this week — the shot list for your photographer. Parents notice when other kids get photos and theirs doesn't.
When the season ends, destroy all biometric data for this camp: every face descriptor and reference headshot is permanently deleted (the retention promise in your consent language — biometric privacy laws expect this). Parents simply re-enroll next summer, which also gives recognition fresh photos of kids who grew. Irreversible.
Configure tip amounts and staff recipients shown to parents in the portal
Set one suggested amount per role — every staff member assigned that role automatically carries it. Roles come from the positions configured in Registration & Hiring (Customize Staff Application Form → Positions), where you can add your own.
Zelle / Venmo / PayPal / Cash App and Stripe card-tip status are managed in Campistry Me → Payroll → Tip Payments, alongside the rest of your staff records.
